SEPTEMBER 4, 1994:

Punter Tom Tupa scored the first two-point conversion in NFL history, running in a fake kick attempt for the Browns in a game against the Bengals. (Browns won the game) He scored a total of three two-point conversions that season, earning him the nickname "Two Point Tupa."
