Alien Enthusiasts Show Up To Area 51 Raid

The Facebook Page dedicated to storming the Area 51 base accumulated over one million likes and followers claiming they would attend earlier this morning. The number of people who actually showed up was slightly underwhelming. How slight? try 999,915 less people. According to local press about 75 people showed up right outside of the Area 51 base looking to obtain its "hidden secrets". While a few clumsy kids and YouTuber's were detained for some childish acts, most of the self proclaimed "Alien Hunters" just sat around and squawked about what was inside.

It was a harmless prank. Heck, even I liked the page when it first came out. I just never  expected anyone to actually make the trip out there. I guess we'll never know what lies beyond those gates.
