An Actually Good Halloween Prank [Watch]

This was so close to being a police matter.

Sometimes technology is just awesome. I've always hated those dumb Halloween pranks like egging someone's house, T-P'ing them, or the worst, smashing jack-o-lanterns that people worked really hard on. But can you imagine going for a walk and seeing an ghost that is realistically flying around? I believe there's life after this one but hope ghosts have better things to do with their time than haunt the living, but this prank is really good.
