Chick-Fil-A Is About To Pass Starbucks In This Stat

It's hard to believe that Chick-Fil-A was only the 7th largest restaurant chain in the United States. The overly friendly service, and delicious combination of chicken and lemonade would leave one believing it would at least be top five. Well no longer. In fact, Chick-Fil-A is about to be number two, passing Starbucks!

According to National Restaurant News the delectable chicken chain's sales reached just over 10.5 billion dollars and is rapidly increasing. While Starbucks sits at a cool 20 billion they've remained somewhat stagnant in growth, Chick-Fil-A on the other hand had a 16.7% increase in sales in 2018. Experts are saying that the shift in rank is a matter of when, not if, and are more interested in if Chick-Fil-A will reach 30 billion in sales.

Number two on the list is something to be proud of. Even among the controversy surrounding the anti-LGBT community, Chick-Fil-A continues to soar. If you're wondering if they could ever reach number one, think again. McDonalds holds a resounding lead, 38+ billion and counting.
