What is the cost of intoxication? Well, pretty high if you live in states like North Dakota or Oregon. But when you really break it down, it's expensive no matter what. At least according to the folks at Laguna Treatment Hospital.

According to a recent study, the average 21+ Iowan will spend $178.79 a year replacing items we lose while boozin' it up.
