What is the cost of intoxication? Well, pretty high if you live in states like North Dakota or Oregon. But when you really break it down, it's expensive no matter what. At least according to the folks at Laguna Treatment Hospital.

According to a recent study, the average 21+ Iowan will spend $178.79 a year replacing items we lose while boozin' it up. But what does one actually lose while intoxicated? The study finds American drinkers admit they are most likely to lose their phone while out and about drinking, followed by their keys (this might be a GOOD thing actually), and then cash.1 in 4 people said they feel a sense of regret and shame when waking up with a hangover.
