In these trying times, finding essential health care items can be tough. Almost every single store is severely low or is completely out of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.. That's exactly why two Iowa businesses have teamed up to help out those in need.

Century Farms Distillery of Spencer and West O Beer of West Okoboji have joined together in hopes of helping local citizens combat the COVID-19 coronavirus. They've created their own hand sanitizer using a cornucopia of ingredients. The companies say by using denatured, unaged corn whiskey mixed with xanthan gum, essential oils and coloring they've created a sanitizer. It's not just that they've created it, they plan on distributing it as well.

Because there is a shortage of small dispensers, and in order to keep their costs low, the companies ask for individuals in need to bring their own container to fill or refill. They will initially be offering a limit of 4 oz. per person or family.

You can see when and where the distribution will take place down below. KTIV has the full story.
