Oelwein Man Busted for Assault and Other Charges Monday Night
A local man has been arrested following an assault incident on the northeast side of Oelwein.
At about 7:30pm Monday (Oct. 5), Oelwein Police officers were called out to investigate the report of a disturbance, in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue NE.
Responding officers took 32 year old Ryan Eickhoff of Oelwein into custody. The charges were 2 counts of Assault, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct.
According to the Oelwein Police Department, all of the charges are considered Simple Misdemeanors.
