Top Foods That Will DESTROY Your Diet In 2019
A new survey from The Independent (out of the UK) found about one in five people planned to make a New Year's resolution this year for 2019. Young people are more than twice as likely to do it than older people. Gender wise, is appears women are slightly more likely to do it than men.
As always, one of the most common resolutions is to lose weight.
Here's the top foods that can KILL a diet. Despite having a slight British slant, most of the foods are things that end a lot of diets here too
- Chocolate and other candy
- French fries
- Breakfast sandwiches.
- Cookies (worth it...)
A few that didn't make their list but get me every time: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Oh man... so many calories, so many carbs, SO WORTH IT. Also, sauces or dressings. Think about the extra calories we take in with BBQ sauce, ranch dressing etc. But again, worth it! Who wants a naked salad?
