Bremer County deputies who arrived at the scene, were told by a witness that the driver and a passenger were picked up by another vehicle, which continued south on 218.

With help from the Iowa State Patrol, the two were located in Waterloo.

No one was reported injured.

Matute is being charged with Failure to Maintain Control, and No Drivers License.
