During times of tragedy, many people come together to support the victims of the tragedy. Whether through emotional, physical or monetary support, most of us try to be there for those victims. This is especially true of celebrities. We see what kind of human beings celebrities are during these times, such as Lady Gaga and Lana Del Ray.

After the mass shootings in Dayton, Ohio, El Paso, Texas and at the Gilroy Garlic Festival, many celebrities have stepped up to the plate to offer support using their craft as a way to give back. That is no different for these two celebrities who recently announced their music would help the victims.

Lady Gaga recently announced on her social media that she would be helping to fund classrooms in the recent areas of the mass shootings.

She revealed that she has partnered with DonorsChoose to help build 162 classrooms. There will be 14 classrooms in Dayton, Ohio, 125 in El Paso, and 23 classrooms in Gilroy built to give students "the support they need to work together and bring their dreams to life."

Lady Gaga is not the only celebrity reaching out a helping hand to the victims. Lana Del Ray also recently announced that all the proceeds from her new song will be going to the mass shootings. She released an impromptu song on August 7th called "Looking for America" as a response to the mass shootings. She announced on Twitter that all the proceeds from her now song will go to the Gilroy Garlic Festival Victims Relief Fund, El Paso Community Relief Fund and the Dayton Foundation.
